How to Sign PDFs

Step 1: Open Your PDF

Visit editor.swiftpdflab.com and upload the document you need to sign.

Step 2: Select the Sign Tool

Click Sign in the left sidebar to open the signature panel.

Step 3: Create Your Signature

Choose your method: Draw your signature with your mouse or touchscreen, Type your name and pick a signature font, or Upload an image of your handwritten signature.

Step 4: Place and Resize

Click anywhere on the PDF to place your signature. Drag the corners to resize it and position it exactly where you need it.

Step 5: Download

Click Download to save the signed PDF. Your signature is permanently embedded in the document.
